What are NVQ's

The term National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) means the qualification has been approved by the Qualifications Curriculum Authority. NVQ's in Care are based on standards set by the Care Sector.

We offer high quality, flexible training aimed at causing minimum disruption to the working environment.

We understand the importance of offering underpinning knowledge and assessing at a time and place to suit the employer and employee. We can even offer qualified carers at a discounted rate to cover staff training times.

Pathways

The Adults pathway is aimed at care workers, health care workers, home care organisers and community support workers.

The Children and Young People pathway is especially relevant to residential child care workers and foster carers as well as workers in health and youth justice settings.

*****"Train to Gain" funding*****

We currently have funding available to those who have less than five GCSE's (Grade A - C) and are able to offer the NVQ free of charge if you qualify.
